How did you discover Skips Electricals?
We were told about Ash by a painter I was using who’d been working with him on a previous job. When I asked if he knew of a good electrician he recommended Ash.
What work did you need them to complete for you?
We needed Ash to help us with two areas initially. Firstly to replace the kitchen downlights for new LED lights. And to replace the (gradually dying!) tube lights under the kitchen cabinets.
How has the work Skips Electricals completed helped you?
We now know the fuse board is safe and the trip switch works properly as Ash checked those while he was replacing the lights. And the lighting in the kitchen is a vast improvement.
What makes Skips Electrical service stand out for you?
We didn’t hesitate to contact Ash again some months later to fix a faulty pull cord on the shower that had blown the fuse board. It needed a new switch which he bought on his way back from another job and came back to fix it for us.
And, when he’d fixed that, he told us that while he had the steps there he had cleared out the dead flies from the glass bowl covering the main light!

I can say that yes, I would recommend Ash (Skips Electricals). He responded very promptly and provided an itemised quote so I knew what I was getting and what each part of the service was going to cost.
He was also very tidy and considerate. Apart from the improved lighting (and the missing flies!), you wouldn’t have known he’d been here.
